Bedford driving instructors warn of dangers on motorways following M1 crash.
Bedford driving instructors are warning others of the dangers on the motorways following a horror crash involving two BMW’s yesterday on the M1 which left 2 people dead and several injured.
Witnesses reported seeing the 2 cars “racing” down the carriageway at speeds of up to 140mph before one of the cars hit the central reservation, causing it to collide with the second car. Both cars were left unrecognisable from the incident. Following the crash, another car arrived at the scene, with the occupants “brawling” with some of the survivors of the crash.
The incident left the M1 closed in both directions for several hours following the crash which happened around 2.30am.
The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers on the road, and how cars should always be driven with respect and care.
